When Jeff Crump, Bettina Schormann and Aaron Ciancone opened Earth to Table: Bread Bar Hamilton in 2009, Locke Street was just getting started as a cultural (and foodie) hot spot in Hamilton. In the past 10 years, Hamilton has seen an incredible transformation and we are excited to announce our next investment into this fantastic city. In the heart of downtown, the new Bread Bar on James Street North is set to open early May, 2019.
Using the same designer as Earth to Table: Bread Bar Guelph, Jenny Lee from Full Scale + Partner has abandoned the barn-board and bolder design to make this Bread Bar lighter, brighter and just a little prettier. Guests can expect to receive the same great menu, changing seasonally, that focuses on the mantra "Good Ingredients Matter".
