The newest property in the company's portfolio was a massive undertaking, which saw a transformation of the banks of the Grand River.

General Manager Geoffrey Wild and Executive Chef John Bakker are thrilled that the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa will be able to offer economic and employment prospects to the community of 3,800. Located 20 kilometres north of Guelph and 20 kilometres northeast of Kitchener-Waterloo, Elora has long been a tourist favourite.
With the unveiling of this breathtaking hotel, restaurant, spa and event space just two months away, Wild and Bakker are holding two open recruitment days to find a fleet of enthusiastic team members.
