It may come as a surprise to you, but underneath Spencer’s at the Waterfront is a “fast food” eatery where you can bring your family and friends while out enjoying Burlington’s waterfront.
The menu is comprised of parkside staples like burgers, franks and shakes, some with a unique twist. The full menu can be found on the website here.
Not to miss items include the standard ‘Bills’ burger, topped with the classics (cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle) and a house ‘Billy sauce’. All the burgers are made from 100% Craft Cut ground beef and served on a toasted bun. From the ‘Franks’ section of the menu, a ‘Steamer’ with house made chili, cheese and red onion stands out, but all look quite delicious! Hand spun milkshakes and house cut fries round out the menu, along with a ‘Doggy Biscuit’ for your four-legged friends.
The space has been recently renovated, with wood panels on the walls, updated furniture and a foosball table tucked in the corner. A welcoming place to bring family and friends when you need a break from the splash pad, or whenever hunger strikes.
Three Bills has always been there, almost as long as Spencer’s has been around, but the name was recently changed from The Bite as nod to the Ciancone family who owns and operates Pearle Hospitality. The males in the Ciancone family refer to themselves as ‘Bills’, and there are three of them, hence 3 Bills.
Starting Friday, June 30th, 3 Bills will be open seven days a week from 11:00am-9:00pm, weather and event dependent. In the meantime, they are open Fridays from 3:30pm-7:00pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am-7:00pm.
