Pearle Hospitality is seeking LINE & PASTRY COOKS to join our diverse and enthusiastic team of hard working and passionate individuals. We have full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available starting immediately at Spencer's at the Waterfront


  • Good knife skills
  • Basic understanding of professional kitchen systems
  • Able to follow instruction and complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50lbs and work in a fast paced environment
  • Organized with a strong focus and commitment to quality
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Must have an understanding of written and spoken English
  • Hardworking, dependable and reliable
  • Shift work hours – days and afternoons, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Personal transportation is recommended, though not required.
  • Flexible hours, preferred open availability.
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • Able to work sometimes past 12am
