Spencer’s at the Waterfront will be closed from February 29th – April 15th for renovations. During the closure, Spencer's will make pop-up appearances downstairs at the Bite. Here's are 2 upcoming pop-up dinners we have planned:

Bienvenue à Carnaval

featuring... Paté & Venison Tartare w/ PDC Bread & Crazy Hot Mustard, Maple Braised Pork Belly w/ Mustard-y Salade, Everything Tourtière (Inspired by PDC), Butter Mash Pot, Roasted Roots, Dirty Greens, Foie Gras Gravy, Tarte au Sucre, Ice Cream & More Maple Syrup!

Week4 carnaval

The second of our pop-up dinner series is a French Canadian inspired feast. On Wednesday, March 23rd, Spencer's brings you Carnaval, held downstairs at the Bite.
