The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and the General Manager and works directly with the whole Whistle Bear team.
They lead by example to ensure that all daily operations are being achieved to Pearle’s high service standards, while offering a genuine and thoughtful guest experience.
The Assistant F & B Manager is very actively involved in weddings and events and will act as the Supervisor for weddings and events as part of their role. This is a very hands on operational role.
Organized and driven, the ideal candidate for this role is passionate about great food, authentic hospitality, and being apart of a team that is committed to excellence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an entry level salaried Management position. This position is suited to a candidate with hospitality service experience and some supervisory experience.
This position requires weekend, late night and holiday work.
