The Concierge's primary function is to make sure the wedding couple is completely at ease on their wedding day. There is no task too small for the Concierge – whether it's sewing a dress, running out for jewellery or making sure the bride has eaten. The concierge does not lose sight of the couple from the moment they step onto the property, until the event has completed. The concierge is the lead server for the head table and responsible for family and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assistant manager for the event
  • Prepare the bridal suite for the day
  • Provide the utmost care for the bridal party from the minute they arrive
  • Coordinate ceremony timing with the event manager
  • Lead bridal party to the ceremony
  • Liaison for the bride and maid of honour for all timing needs
  • Provide impeccable service of the head table
  • Quality control for all tables throughout the event
  • Ensure all details of the event are executed to Pearle's standards
  • Instruct staff on service details throughout the event
  • Responsible for properly closing down the function
  • Help guests with tear down of decor following the event
  • End of day reporting to management
  • Oversee the proper reset of event space
